Halavah - North Indian Steamed Farnia Pudding|

2 cups wheat farina (dry cream of wheat cereal)

1/2 cup raisins
cinnamon/nutmeg/cardamom/ginger to taste
Melt EB in pot on high. Turn the heat to low and slowly add farina, stirring constantly. Cook on a low heat until it has the texture of wet sand. Stir frequently to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Turn pot to high, and add boiling water, spices and friut to mixture. Cook until it comes away from the edges of the pan (you'll know it) stirring constantly! Add sugar, stir until mixed well, turn heat to low, cover and let steam for 10 minutes.
