"Roast Beast" Seitan recipe

It's not really roasted, though it tastes like it.
You have to use the same technique of kneading in a breadmaker and simmering for a long time in a the broth.
Here are the ingredients:

3 cups vital gluten flour
1 cup finely ground sunflower seeds
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup quick cook rolled oats
2 tbsp dried basil
1/2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

2 cups water or veggie stock
1/2 cup soy sauce or braggs
1/3 cup olive oil
dash of maple syrup

12 cups water or veggie stock
2 large onions, coarsely chopped
4 cloves fresh garlic, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce or braggs
2 tbsp each dried basil and oregano

Follow directions as in the "Fish flavoured" seitan recipe posted below.

This is really freakin good and beefy-flavoured. I used it in a stroganoff recipe and also sliced it up cold for "roast beast" sandwiches with vegenaise and mustard. TASTY.
